The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago today announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2007 in its Form 10-Q filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The Bank reported net income during the second quarter of 2007 of $27 million, producing a return on average equity of 3.48%.
